Meet Sebastien Olivar, Director of the highly acclaimed Chateau Dutruch Grand Poujeaux, in the Moulis-en-Medoc region, from Bordeaux.

CASA's 12th Annual Wine Tasting and Hudson County's largest wine tasting event returns this year on Friday, March 23rd at Maritime Parc in Jersey City. 

This exciting new location offers a beautiful view as guests can enjoy wine samples selected by Cork Wine & Spirits. All proceeds will directly benefit the foster children of Hudson County.

The night will include food and wine samples as well as a silent auction, ring toss, and introduction of this year's CASA honorees, Noreen McTamney and Diane Rosenshein.

In the North, the focus is on red wines, with the best vineyards found at higher elevations (over 250 m / 1,000 ft). 

For example, on the slopes of Mount Olympus, the region Rapsani is where you’ll find bush vines of Xinomavro, Krasato, and Stavroto growing on schist soils. Wines from here are usually blends, with a dominance of Xinomavro and spicy flavors of raspberry, anise, fennel, cherry, and occasionally olive or tomato with tannins that build slowly (but surely!) on the palate. This area is kind of like the mountainous Rhône of Greece, which means the wines from here are ideal for Rhône blend lovers.

Their Chefs are bringing the same foods they watched their Nonnas make at home to OTTO STRADA's kitchen. And as always with Italian cooking, there is an emphasis on living life to its absolute fullest!

Baby Boot Camp is an innovative  fitness program that helps moms regain or enhance pre-pregnancy fitness levels and meet the physical challenges of parenting by emphasizing strength training in a supportive environment.

Hoboken Mom Karlene McLeod launched the Hoboken Baby Boot Camp. It’s a thrice-weekly, one-hour workout held in uptown Hoboken that’s stroller-based. Supervised by certified fitness professionals (McLeod herself is an ACE certified personal trainer), the workout is designed to allows parents to work out with their children. This spares them from having to get babysitters or make other arrangements just so they can get a workout in.

With over 160 years of history, the winery Ippolito is the oldest wine reality today in Calabria. Located in the historic center of Ciro Marina, the heart of the Calabrian wine-growing, the company includes a farm of over 100 hectares, distributed among rolling hills and sunny plains near the Ionian Sea, situated in the classical part of Ciro. Always been the company's mission is the restoration and enhancement of indigenous grapes such Gaglioppo, the Greek Black, Calabrese and finally the Pecorello. Through constant research, the use of innovative techniques, the direct control of all production processes, we seek in our wines elegance, exclusivity and identity with its territory. A fascinating challenge addressed in the sign of absolute quality. Today the company has 14 labels present in 4 continents, a fact that more than any other ahead with a significant entrepreneurial dynamism.

The wines for the dinner are made in a traditional method, the style for both red and whites recall bright fruit, acidity and long expressive finish. these are real easy seller, and drink very well. ALL the material for marketing included.
