Cork Wines & Spirits

We have the finest wine selection and will ensure you have the best customer experience in the area.

Cork Wines & Spirits opened in Hoboken July 2014 and in Harrison December 2014.  Both cities were in need of a fine wine shop to meet the palates of an amazing and knowledgeable crowd of wine enthusiasts. Not only do they love a delicious wine, but are willing to explore the vast ways that people extract this liquid from grapes. We have taken it upon ourselves to find winemakers who are interested in bringing their creations to New Jersey.  The Wine Guys taste every wine that is in our stores, handpicking each item, making sure that our customers receive only the best. In addition, we encourage our customers to participate in our tasting panels adding their selections to our offering!

We have the most diverse beer selection and look forward to you spending some time with Carlos learning more about our options.

Southern Tier 2x IPA

An India Pale Ale kicked up a notch to form a true Double IPA. Feverishly hoppy with a malty backbone and higher-than-standard alcohol content. Cirtusy hops tease the senses with aromatics and lingering bitterness, while just the right balance of malts disguises 2x IPAs extra gravity. Double your expectations, this is an ale that demands reverence.

Coronado Mermaid's Red

Coronado Brewing Company has expanded to a 30 barrel brewhouse capable of producing 40,000 barrels a year. With more room to experiment, this means that Coronado will continue to embody the adventurous spirit that defines craft brewing. And, with more beer available to distribute, it means a chance for beer drinkers worldwide to get a little taste of the Coronado island life.Mermaid’s Red bucks the shallow mid-range red ale stereotype. Loaded with Cascade hops, it delivers a fresh floral aroma and sharp bitter notes, all while delivering a solid kick of roasted malts that fades seamlessly into a rich, chocolaty finish with hints of clove and caramel.

Einstok White Ale

The Einstök Brewery is located just 60 miles south of the Arctic circle in the fishing port of Akureyri, Iceland. There, the water flows from rain and prehistoric glaciers down the Hlíðarfjall Mountain and through ancient lava fields, delivering the purest water on Earth, and the perfect foundation for brewing deliciously refreshing craft ales. Brewed in the centuries-old Belgian tradition, our White Ale features the complex flavors of the classic witbier, including orange peel and coriander Einstok White Ale has a clean and crisp start with a smooth mouth-feel thanks to the oats, citrus and spice round out a refreshing finish.

Heavy Seas Loos Cannon

Loose Cannon wins people over at first smell. Its nose bursts with notes of grapefruit, herbs, and pine. Bitterness is somewhat subdued by the floral quality that pervades the taste. The color is burnished gold, and the mouthfeel is creamy. A strong malt backbone balances out the triple-hopped beer. Its nickname, Hop3, comes from the brewing process: our brewers hop Loose Cannon in the boil, the hopback, and the fermenter. It won a second place CAMRA award at the 2010 Great British Beer Festival.
